  7.     Mini returns the index of the minimum value contained in
  8.     matrix. If the input argument (A) is a vector, then the index
  9.     of the smallest value is returned. If A is a MxN matrix, then
  10.     a row-vector of the column indices of the smallest column
  11.     values of A is returned.
